Title: Watch Review: Lyrique Etude No. 1

If you are aware, I created a thread in General Discussion section to brief the story on this Lyrique Etude No. 1 project.

Finally, I received the Christmas gift today.

The watch looks low profile with a white lacquer dial and pairs well with white collar shirt.

The movement (AGH-6801) is well decorated. Despite human eye is unable to look at the AgenEse gear wheel, I do able to find these gear moving with magnifier.

Other than the AgenEse and AgenPit technology, I am surprise with the winding system of this movement.

The common prevention for movement over-wind is either slip mechanism or resistance mechanism.

Slip mechanism generally found on automatic movement where the spring in the spring barrel will slip to next clutch to prevent over-wind.

Resistance mechanism will give resistance feedback and the owner will feel the winding crown getting tighter.
AGH-6801 use different mechanism to prevent over-wind, where the winding crown will immediately lock on and you cant find the crown anymore.

Man, I wish I had gotten on the group order back then. Excellent piece of horology for the money, siap menang award lagi.

Thank you, this is a group project and the only signature is the watch brand itself  ;D
