After many times of wearing both bracelets, I now could tell why jubilee is better than oyster, especially wearing the watch in tropical countries that always raining cats and dogs.
please share your views here shifus.

The oyster definitely looks sportier, sturdier but for more comfort and with a distinctive look specifically for a Rolex goes to the jubilee.
Not that I prefer one to the other but for a daily wear the jubilee takes the spot. :D

I dunno la guys, I feel Jubilee bracelets are not very bulu friendly :Laughing_on_floor:
-
i like jubilee more because the sweats evaporate faster.
-
When it's hot out there, i always put the watch near to the air-cond blower once I get into the car. you could feel the cold breezes flow through the jubilee bracelet.

oh ya. confirm bulu hand guys will not like jubilee :D

To me, the jubilee gives a better feel of fit and yet does not "stick" to the skin.
-
Comfort-wise, the jubilee bracelet wins all day and every day.

Sorry guys..not sure if this question has been asked somewhere in the forum.
But while we're at it...I have a 126300 on oyster bracelet and a 126334 on jubilee...could i switch over directly between the 2?

should fit but jubilee doesn't suit the smooth bezel but the oyster should be acceptable with the fluted bezel..
why not try and let us know?

my thoughts exactly. reckon the end links should work fine on both, but aesthetically I agree that fluted bezels work with jubilee rather than smooth ones. still, its an individual preference end of the day, n if u have the wm n the inclination, just experiment n see how they look. On a side note though bro @Mavkjay should get urself some proper tools for it though, don't wanna risk scratches

Yea...I've yet to get myself a proper kit. Learnt it d hard way while changing out my CK2998 straps and nick d inside of a lug :HammerHead:
Lemme explore n c though...if it's doable den will be really versatile...

my bracelet changing skill is bad. every time my bracelet and lugs have scratches after bracelet/ strap changed.

Jubilee give the feeling of more "atas",and more comfortable in wearing experience.

I feel that the Oyster bracelet is more sturdy, and if your wrist expands during a hot day, if you do not have any 5mm extension or a glidelock feature, may feel a bit tight. But I like the feel of it.
Jubilee - I like the look - certainly more "Atas" - but if the watch head is heavy, may tend to drop off-center if worn a little loose. Suitable for DJ like glove in hand for sure! For GMT Master II - who cares - I'd still wear it any day! HAha
-
To me Oyster bracelet is physically more sturdy and aesthetically sporty; the Jubilee bracelet is physically more comfortable and visually vibrant and eye-catching. Both are great in their own way, it all comes down to a matter of preferences.

I owned both jubilee n oyster bracelet models and I constantly find myself reaching for the jubilee DJ whenever I'm rushing out in the morning. By far the most comfortable bracelet I've ever worn among all my watches from different brands
-
Jubilee is a nicer watch, but not as solid
-
The jubilee looks very comfortable and doesn’t stick to the skin

Personally I prefer the Oyster look over the Jubilee. Always feel jubilee very uncle. But after wearing it, the comfort is unparalleled by any other bracelet.
If there's a better bracelet out there than the Jubilee do share. That being said, it is still very uncle, but goes well with DJ.

I used to also think the jubilee is very uncle, and the oyster is sportier. But having stared at both bracelets for so long, and understanding that the Jubilee was launched just for the datejust line (iirc), for some reason now I think it goes very well with the DJ, and even other sports models
