The Tourbillon movement with the Light weight Sand Blasted Titanium Case on a rubber strap is just Beautiful!

This is something i myself have never seen and he himself have not figured it out on the use of the watch complication.

Its the 1943 Audemars Piguet World Timer/GMT.
According to him this was in a very limited production during its time.
Small case Diameter of only 33mm i guess. The hands on the World Timer/GMT doesnt move. I myself couldn't figure it out on how the complication is used ???
