In the latest development. There will be no fees to the event.

The event will held from 2.30 till 4.30/5pm. Same venue but it will be ala carte instead of buffet lunch. Meaning u pay for what u order. 

We will have a private room good for 12 people. But since some will come timely /leave early or come late. We should be good.

I will only announce the restaurant when come closer to the event date.

Note: I don't work as event organiser. So I appreciate your feedback.

Ok. I received email confirmation  from the restaurant. Hence the following is final:

Venue: Traders hotel (KLCC there)
Event date: 23 April 2017
Time: 2.30pm
Menu: Ala carte

Will advise the restaurant name when near.

Actually no. It's just people are pretty quiet and I am just worry of people ffk or can't made it last minute due to Monday is now a public holiday. 10 people is just nice. I prefer it small personally.

Hi all, So far so good. I have visited the venue today and satisfied with the room reserved.

I will arrange some light refreshment / finger food so our stomach should be well covered. But since our gathering start at 2.30pm, it is recommended for you to have your lunch prior as I don't recommend having your lunch there.

Also additional order will be on ala carte basis and the staff will send bill and ask for payment for your order after food arrived.

I will update the exact restaurant and room on that friday (2 days prior to the event) due to the nature of our gathering. (Event location will be at Traders Hotel, near Klcc if need landmark)

I will update again come closer to our gathering date.

Because originally Bhanu contacted me for gathering and also meet up with members of stowaristi page in Malaysia.  But sadly there's really not a lot of Stowa owner in Malaysia or KL. 

So i figure since MWF also due for a gathering, may as well invite the members here and host Mr Bhanu. The Stowaristi wording has been there in the subject since day one. (Edit: I mean he contacted me via Stowaristi and some participants are not members of MWF)
