Should it be priced to the north of the Heritage Chrono, then it would be mighty close to the 42mm Omega PO which I think is far better watch and calibre.

On the hindsight, love the layered dial, liked lumed bezel and pointed crown guard. Innovative clasp too. This is one area that Omega could not compete against Rolex IMHO

with a price like that, I am a little taken aback..Will keep the watch in mind but surely not a 'must-buy' anymore. Wait for the pre-owned ones to come.

It will be a tad below RM13k I think, after VAT. But somehow I suspect there will not be any discount at the early stages. I believe this watch will be hot, regardless. The interesting thing I want to see is if there is an impact on the pricing and demand for the older 14060/14060M and what it dos to the pricing.

As for me, will I get the watch? If I get the 7016, no, if not, maybe. If it came with drilled lugs and high dome crystal like the Black Bay, yes.

That's why I still find it hard to justify myself for spending the penny on 'that' brand lor  :-\

Why not using 2892 like in mark and po? :HammerHead:

That is why most of the pieces (in my collection) from that brand are all the cheap ones. I also cannot justify the prices for the brand.  ;D

As for the ETA 2824/ 2892, if Tudor is using the best grade movement, there is actually no difference between the two movements. I have attached the chart below for reference. Save for the height difference, unless Tudor uses the lowest grade, the ETA 2892 wins by the fact that there is no standard grade 2892.

I guess, it would justify the price if it were a heavily modified 2824. If stock 2824 with no mods at all, i think a bit too much.

Anyone can confirm which movement grade by this picture?

Tudor normally uses the ETA 2824-2T movement from ETA, which indicate that it is a 'Top' grade movement. The photograph confirms that the movement is either 'Top' or 'Chronometer' movement.

Have not seen a Tudor with COSC before. Don't think there will be any soon.
