Looks like there is a new racing league for motorsports.
Hope it doesnt flop like A1 GP although i like that concept and idea very much.

At least this league looks to be much cheaper to maintain.

Saw their calendar the Malaysian round will be on Jan 22nd. Very close to CNY dont know how the turnout will be.

Too bad i will not be around then :-[

Some big names are joining the sport for the 1st race.
The International class drivers will include Ferrari test driver and F1 race winner Giancarlo Fisichella and 1997 F1 World Champion Jacques Villeneuve. Reports in the Indian media claim that they will be joined by other notable ex-F1 drivers including Jean Alesi, Tonio Liuzzi, Mika Salo, Heinz-Harald Frentzen, Pippa Mann, and Karun Chandhok.

I think he did well in A1...much better than any other malaysian driver...he was a big flop in F1 for some reasons i believe, but his A1 day is rather good...multiple win ...He even won special award for his performance in A1 by British Motorsport...
