Yes ck, it is 45.5mm...when I went to the shop, I asked the staff to show me this one, 45.5mm with white arabic number and 42 mm with orange arabic number...I actually already decided the 45.5 one, just couldnt make my mind either orange number or the other one, but at last the orange have my vote!

actually bought it directly at the shop in Tokyo, but they do also online selling, just not sure for oversea (out from Japan) or not..can check through the website...
