what brand of watches is nice to suit wear by girl??
price around 5k below...
properly 40mm below diameter.

Under 5k?
Mido, Tissot, Longines, Rado, Frederique Constant all oso got watches for ladies.
But for your standard... need to be above 10k...

Does she know anything about watch? If yes, you will no go wrong getting her a Rolex lady datejust. If no, get her the bling2 designer watch, and save the rest for your next Rolex.
By the way, is it for your wife or gf or daughter or others?
IMO.
Note: Don't hate me if i am biased towards Rolex.
