Among the brands you mentioned, I would go for Omega. 

Their Co-Axial Escapement in most of their watches is very accurate and reliable.    Omega is also more recognisable and hopefully it will translate into a better resale value.

What environment will the watch be subjected to most of the time......dress, sports, water/scuba etc? This is a very important consideration for the type of watch you should get.

If it's your first "expensive" watch, it would be better to buy a new one with full warranty. If you are buying pre-owned with expired factory warranty, be prepared to fork out more money if it needs repairs or service. For RM8k, there are many choices from Breitling, whether dress or sports model.
