now another heavy weight
Ex Setia Top man, Tan Sri Liew's Eco-world launching Eco Majectic in Broga

Klang Valley south, the last area of southern of Selangor that developer gonna build affordable landed house
any one keen?

Normally they would claim sold out once fully booked. but based on current Bankers' prudence loan policy, i believe at least 40% loan would be rejected. (based on my developer friend's recent launching of his development).

Banks are now very selective and tight, unlike 3 years ago 20+ youngster can buy 5 houses concurrently.

I wonder if anyone attended the launch? The township's concept looks interesting. A bit too far (and too pricey!) for my liking...
