Go Pro
« on: April 13, 2015, 09:30:56 PM »
Any of the forumers using go pro now? Can share some opinion?

I understand that Go Pro 4 is the latest version, just wondering whether Go pro 3 still available in the market

I bought my GoPro Hero 4 Silver for my recent mount Kinabalu trip, it worked like a charm!!

Pro: small and handy, light, clear video, waterproof, rear LCD screen.

Cons: not-so-good still photo quality, battery drains fast, slow starting time.

Verdict: THE action/outdoor camera for video recording, but need to buy many extra accessories.

For best bang for your bucks, I would recommend Xiaomi Yi action camera. For just 1/3 of go pro price you can get china made action camera with features similar to go pro. I know what I will get for sure.

Bought hero4 silver a month ago, tested a few times, then put it back in the drybox....good for action video but lousy for still photos...... The super sluggish and poor UI, and super slow to turn it on really annoys me.....overpriced for what it is

yes Go pro 3 is still in market, you can buy that from any online shopping site, but it is better to be up-grated and go with Go Pro 4.

My friend he having vacation in USA as his sister is working there. He bought GoPro Hero 4 silver colour for RM1,400. on the ebay i think. Very cheap as it is on Year End Sales. He sent my some pictures i think its superb and worth the price as it is very convenient to use + mobillity.

I am not too pleased with the quality of the Hero 3 especially in the dark.

Just bought gopro to test out..although is abit expensive but its wearable cameras record sky-diving, drone-flying, shark-riding adventure. is extremely small and lightweight, which is very convenient when filming yourself with sports or just action shots.
