In The Edge-Malaysia March 26 2012 issue:
Bruno Belamich, the man who created Bell & Ross’ BR 01 was asked why he does not wear a watch. He said, “When you wear a watch, you enjoy the watch. It is a watch you have chosen very carefully and I am sure each time you put it on, you feel a sense of pleasure. It is an extension of your personality, your personal taste and style.
When I wear a watch, it is a different story altogether. It is work for me. I will keep looking at it and wondering if l could have done something different or how l could improve on it or how the next generation of the line would look like. So that is why l don’t wear a watch. I don’t want to be working all the time.”
