May I know what is the current market value for used fullset 116610LN? Google search showed circa rm36k to rm37k, is this correct?

Approximately RM39.8k - 40.8k sold. Have seen used pieces priced higher at RM43k at the grey market dealers but are not sold so won’t say that is the accurate market value.

Can't believe it, the price is soaring sky rocket high. But the prices you guys mentioned are recent year model right e.g. 2016-2018? How about older ones e.g. 2010-2013?

Yup the ones i mentioned are around 2011-2014. Those from 2016-2018, prices are at RM43k - RM46k at the dealers (unsold). I feel that the older ones will be lapped up first.

36-37k are those in 2010-2011. Saw a couple in the market.

Is it true that those with <T-25 fetch higher price?

Higher than the ceramic variants? Not unless it is vintage. 1680 and older maybe higher priced. The 14060 or 16610, not really.

I have the impression that sports model with<T-25 is higher priced than those without under the same series. I could be wrong.

A quick check on chrono24 indicates otherwise where a 16610 with superluminova goes higher than one with the T<25 dial. I think it is the case that dealers are trying to drum up the hype of patina and romanticising the phenomenon. A better indicator is to ask them what price they are taking when selling back to them for both variants.
