finally i manage to bring my wife to tokyo.... i love japanese food!!!

just to share some photo here....

day 1 - reach Ginza around 11pm++.... hungry! walk straight for my first meal in tokyo

i cant speak japanese... cant read the ordering the machine, lucky the chef is chinese




day 2 - after taking the hotel buffet breakfast, we went for a half day hato bus tour


from the hotel i stay


1st stop is the imperial palace

he is so excited.... so m i... lovely weather

















then we went to the most signature tokyo temple








trying the famous




then yum yum yum lunch is provided




love this crab steamed rice


after that we walk to the jetty for boating








after that we continue our boating to odaiba





















after walking till our leg.... we had our dinner here



love the tepan pork on rice





day 3 - never book for hotel breakfast like i always do. walk to tsukiji wet market n found a long q in front of a ramen stall



this is really really good

only problem is u hv to stand to eat...

after that rushing for mount fuji tour by hato bus

passing the musical road



i must be the lucky guy.... the sky is so so so CLEAR




to remember this special day, my wife decided to send my son a


good lunch provided

japanese bun min?





love the places around







next stop















n the journey ended with a


great spa... so shy....

found this along the journey for the tough guy









then we were dropped near shinjuku



so we went up to this council building


for this view




then we decided to experience our first sake bar type of restaurant nearby







u gonna love this


day 4 - jln jln our own

1st stop - wet market again











then we bought the full day subway ticket....

1st stop











then coffee n ice cream time n continue to



n





after quick lunch there





continue to shopping here









then we head to experience walking around



n have our dinner again at a sake bar







day 5 - before taking JR train to kyoto..... hehe tsukiji market for breakfast




im in heaven..... even this simple miso seaweed soup is so good


i must b very lucky... mount fuji still waiting for me




even in train....

everything is good.... :Laughing_on_floor:


kyoto here i come

staying here

much bigger room than ginza....

after check in we walk straight for








after lunch... we take bus to













and also walk around this old city














then












then walk to gyon.... hoping to see this











then dinner nearby







from there we walk along the shopping street till our hotel....
n before i sleep.... i have this





...........

Young Japanese can read english very well. So writing out in english is not much a problem.

Did you get a chance to go to Nakano in Tokyo to visit Kame-kichi and Jack Road? tons of preowned and vintage to see  :thumbsup:

day 2 in kyoto

raining in the early morning... so walk to near by through subway underpass for this




then the x tokugawa shogun house







n temple temple temple.... from gold to silver to orange.......







lunch of the day is from an small old restaurant which formerly preparing for the king....
now they mostly doing delivery for special ocasion like wedding, fullmoon....



superb traditional cooking skill

tea time


dinner we went for an award winning restaurant... pricey but u get top quality meat






after that we took bus to the famous nishi market




day 3 kyoto
japanese fast food breakfast



love this juicy prawn burger

going up to kyoto tower b4 taking jr back to tokyo




lunch at station

the nishi soba is damn good



n snack for the journey


love this


after back to tokyo, i walked to tsukiji market again.... hunting for













this sushi on the right should be the marinated squid prawn... u gonna love the texture

n this is cheap in japan.... supper


last day in tokyo
start with






then we take free shutter to the palace again... but this round we will go in












after 2km ++ walking... time for




yeap. how can a trip to japan nvr hv this pork chop

love the mini clam soup here

last shopping b4 we catch the flight at night







red wing shoe here is so much cheaper




saw this sinn.... new model?

while waiting for the van... we rush to this


what a big miss if i miss this... its a small unseen shop near the hotel i stay...  4th generation running the business now, no more delivery but still freshly make soba everyday


while my wife going back to pack.... i'm....


i finish this with 5 mins b4 the driver come....

next stop

Bro... I really love these Japanese food... I wish I hv bigger stomach
They use the finest material hence it worth every cents despite many said it's expensive

All depend on what u eat...
If ramen everday then cheaper
If seafood everday then different
Transport also need to plan well
