« on: May 04, 2011, 08:35:58 PM »
My wife booked the flight last yr free through airasia

lucky Sarawak election past... Otherwise jam, restaurant n hotel full...

Today is day one just arrived. Thanks for the advise from our Mwf member, visited the hourasia watch shop in Sarawak plaza... A little shop pack with so many new n used watches
Rolex, Cartier, iwc, omega, pam....

tonight dinner was good, my sis in law's relative brought us to a Award winning big Chinese restaurant...
Out of the many dishes, I fancy this

bidin fried with belacan... Crunchy! I first taste this in kk. Slightly better than paku we used to eat here

sorry for poor photo shot with my iPhone, more photo later...

hmmmm not sure it it's still the case right now. 8-10 years ago i use to go there quite frequently and the okleys and raybans are cheaper than anywhere else in malaysia.

maybe u can check it out if you're in for a pair.

Tq Mwf member for recommended this laksa at chong choon

reasonably price, big crunchy prawn(not sweet tony surpprise actually), the laksa gravy is superb, correct mixture of spices... Not so spicy, not too creamy, with little kasturi lime juice, heaven!!!

I wish I can hv bigger stomach... But I must reserve the room for other gd stuff later!!!

The teh c here generally is not as thick as creamy to my like... But the tea leaves used is not bad...

Early lunch b4 my family shouting to go the spring shopping due to can't tahan the hot weather!!!

Had a ice latte While I walking towards this stall...
Not a big coffee lover but the roasted coffee bean smell attracted me...

ice latte....

this is what I came for....
Fantastic, not too sweet, not too oily, not too thick....
The thick square kueh Teo is smooth...
The three layer meat, the tongue... Very tender after long cooked... The egg is superb, the soup taste is seeping into the yolk side... N the outer layer of skin, that's collagen, a very tasty one!
