Made another short trip to both San Francisco and Hong Kong for work and also a chance meeting up with the extended in-laws and Hush. The wife was along with me this time round.
Not much time to go around, so just some random photos of the cities.
First stop, SFO in all it's summer glory. Cool bay weather and bright blue sky.
It was the eve of 4th of July and the holiday crowd and tourist throngs Union Sq

Any first timer's trip to SFO is nothing without a ride on it's historic landmark tram up the steep hills

After dinner we went trolling around Target. It's a great feeling flying down the wide aisle in giant carts. As soulless and depressing as strip malls can be, I still miss 'em.

Dim Sum for tea
It seems the best tea is still only HK and India unlike those over here in SG which is more akin to "diluted milk with a hint of tea" instead of "milk tea"

When i was studying in SF the gai dan chai just started and was all the rave.
Never really understood it though. Maybe too plain for me.
Should try Clement Street or the Sunset area, some really good places to eat.

I am impressed by your local knowledge of HKG. You and wife have got some amazing stamina. My feet was dead tired by 6pm or so. I gave up by 8pm and went home.
Let's meet up again the next time you're here.

Hahaha years of living in SG without a car, had made my "bus no.11" quite strong
So went and picked up a bag?

Not yet. Still tired the next day. Slept most of the day. :P
