Hmmm... according to the Caliber Elite 670 spec sheet... The movement is Bi-directional winding... meaning it winds no matter the rotor spins left or right.
If it's uni-directional winding ala 7750, the the rotor would be free spinning on the side that's not winding.

I (a newbie) really learn a lot in MWF...
Now I believe I can guess more accurately on my automatic watch if my watch's power reserve not that good.
