Went window shopping with Peter yesterday at Lot 10 and bought this...

Model; Sinn 656.6999 / 20 bar / anti magnetic.
The sales lady said the discount rates has gone up...but managed to purchase at the old discount rates....

You know the watch......its a tool watch...

You mean discount gone down DC? Since its less now haha.

Definitely a good buy i feel and was nice of the sales girl to show us so many choices yesterday. Although she did say she was quite free and happy to do so....(guess biz is slow lately)

Love the look and feel of the metal on your Sinn, wonder is there any treatment they did on it or not.

Very nice and simple legible dial although i feel the date is super small, might as well dont put it there.

Peter

I believe this is the normal steel without any treatment. Tha date window is samll and it actually looks like a no-date watch. But is a bonus since a date is available.

A check with other sites shows that another model identified as 656.010 @10 bar WR. Not too sure which is which?. Any sifus can elaborates?

Another picture...

Congrats David!   I thought you were going to wait for mine...   ;D

Mine says hello:

Fantastic watch! Love the AR although even though it's a fingerprint magnet. Only regret for me, I should have gotten it with the bracelet like yours.

And to answer your question, those with WR 100m are older models. Sometime mid 2009, Sinn made the 656 rated at 200m WR.
Mine is rated 100m WR. Is yours 200m WR? Can also PM me the discount you got?

Hi Hush. Peter met you the other day and was telling me that you love your 656 and not selling anytime soon.

So before my hair turn all white while waiting for your pc, I rationed that I get mine before the price shot uo another round. Yup, mine is the newer model..656.6999 (old model;656010). The WR is 200m..

Nice 656 !
would it be wrong to say that Bell Ross BR series got its "inspiration" from the Sinn 656?  ;D

bell n Ross earlier model made by sinn...
Damasko made sinn the first batch of 756 case
helmut sinn came back from retirement n start again with guinand

so there all hv similarity in their design!

yeah... Sinn has some pretty interesting history too. And that's what draw me to them.
Slightly out-of topic ...Anyone here has (the Lemania 5100) Sinn EZM 1, EZM 4 or the Sinn 142 ?

I owned both sinn 142 st n sinn ezm 1 bape le before
both are finely crafted watch with german precision cutting case n a super durable chronograph movement.

Sold the 142 to a gd fren who actually ask mr to search this
for him

sold the ezm 1 because it's small diameter n titanium case... I simply do not like the
light weight of it...
