Looks like your Omega has 'Chronometer' instead of 'Chronometre'.
Any comments from Omega experts?

My 2852 ( 18K ) also has CHRONOMETER instead of  CHRONOMETRE and the Constellation 'n' is different. I have seen another one similar to my Omega a couple of months ago.
Are there many Frakens Omegas floating around?

I have some reservations on the originality of the gold dial on my Omega. It should read
CHRONOMETRE not CHRONOMETER and the 'n' should be curled like the 'n' on your previous Omega. We need some feedback from Omega experts.

Hi H.Chang...shud read as "CHRONOMETER" not "CHRONOMETRE" ...and the "n" shud curve.  Dont get me wrong but i think your word "constellation" had been redone as you can see from the picture the word "constellation" is darker.  At Ebay also, there is one with the word "chronometre".  Now, you are making me confuse also and i have to counter check my remainder 3 more constellation to confirm.  Thanks for the heads up or i would be selling it blindly.

I believe my Constellation is pre 1974 , and your previous one should be pre 1974 as well.
Any way, wear it and enjoy wearing it as long as one can. It keeps good time!
