Hi guys,

Anyone of you have a Seiko Sumo or the other 6R15 variants (Alpinist, Spirit)?

Where do you guys send your 6R15 watches for servicing?  I bought mine from Japan (via my cousin) and I don't want to send it all the way back to Japan for servicing hoping that it can be done in KL.

Thanks.

I think maybe can send back to the local distributor (Thong Sia?) here in Malaysia? I have no detail but I'm sure if you ask around any shop selling SEIKO they can provide you some information..

I think Chris/Danny maybe able to help point you to the right direction here :)

The 6R15 movement are also found in the automatic Premier range available locally. Based on that fact I guess the local service center should be able to carry out the task.
To be sure you should give them a call:

Office & Customer Service Centre
Thong Sia Sdn. Bhd. (87055-A)
CP27, Suite 2601-04, 26th Floor, Central Plaza, 34 Jalan Sultan Ismail, 50250 Kuala Lumpur.
