ETA2892-2 movement shots
« on: August 23, 2013, 05:38:16 PM »
Ok, it is not the best shots in the world....

Nice finishing on the ETA2892-2 powering this Philippe Charroil Automatic watch.

Signed rotor....

The visible surface of the bridges are finished with circular brushing (perlage).

Dressage on the rotor.

21 jewel unadjusted movement.

You can see the dial feet locking screw at the 6:30 o'clock position and the movement locking tab at the 5 o'clock position.

What you get to see when you hang out at your local watch repair guy shop....

Thanks for sharing. That is indeed a very nicely finished movement.

One question, any different between stippling and perlage?
