You can't collect it due to travel restriction? Is DHL an option?

It should offset with the GST that you did not pay/claim back in singapore right?

If you don't want postage, I think you can still enter SG. Just that you need to self quarantine for 14 days. Then upon return, you also need to quarantine another 14 days...

If the watch is of significant value to u then just pay the little bit extra and have it couriered over, shouldn't be too much considering its not so far off and the package wont be so heavy.

I think his concern is on the the tax that customs will charge once the watch enters Malaysia, not the postage cost itself
