yes. the whole dial is luminous. it glows blue. love the watch a lot :thumbsup: but dont quite like the OEM strap as have to cut to fit the wrist :thumbsdown:.

the blue lume is awesome...thats one of the main reasons i got it...whole dial glow!!...hahaha...it comes with a white silicon strap...had 2 pay xtra 2 get another black silicon...n changing straps can b a pain in the arse...nothing close 2 the simplicity of PAM strap changing...

Care to explain how the changing strap is pain in arse compared to PAM?

Luckly my fortis is still using spring bar instead of the one used in b-42
