+1 for Nikon. Owned 2 DSLRs from Canon/Nikon in the same price range and liked the Nikon one better.

I personally own a Canon DSLR. Chose a Canon because it is more user friendly. But I understand that a lot of professionals are using Nikon. Not sure exactly why. Been awhile ago since I bought my DSLR already.

Ultimately your skill matter the most. But for amateur the best is to get a Sony.

by default, canon give u a warmer color, nikon a cooler color, sigma a yellow color  hehe~~

normally i advise buying a canon dslr, assume u are taking family pics, wammer color giving u a warmmer family feeling~

nevertheless , u can tune all the color temperature using app.

get a suitable dslr just save your time from photoshop
this is life

+1 for Nikon. Been on their system for the past 20+ years.
They're not always bleeding edge in terms of technology, but the performance has been good enough for me, a serious amatuer. Im sure the Canon will do just as well or even better in some areas. But at the end of the day do your research, choose a system and stick with it. Changing your mind halfway can be a very painful ($$$) experience!
