Leather Straps

Just a topic for discussion .... me wife likes to wear BIG watches, leather straps and with her tiny wrist, most of the time she needs to punch extra hole on the strap.

And especially on the BR series and Panerai, the hole is not round but a rectangular shape ... any pointers any place that would do a good job?

Thanks. Oh. and also the rally style straps - the hole is egg shape.... :P :P :P
