Title: Does ThongSia does restoration for vintage watches?

I have a seiko bellmatic. It looks quite beat up and I wish to restore it to its glorious state. Does Thongsia has any restoration service?

 I did reach out to them to enquire on servicing a vintage Seiko Monaco but never go a reply from them.

 Please do post an update if you are successful in getting a response.
