Wore my wife’s PO on the way to the watch hospital. She wore it on a dive trip and water entered the watch. The rubber gasket failed. Although no longer under warranty but I will still raise a rukus against Omega.

Omega requires you to pressure test the watch every year to ensure the gasket is fine. If you haven't done it I suspect you won't have a case. Especially when your watch is older than 3 years.
