Design inspired by Seiko's first chronograph 5717. Dial is a gorgeous shade of champagne. Black onyx on the crown. Lume on the hour and minute hand. Size is approx. 42mm diameter and 14.5mm height.
Equipped with vertical clutch and column wheel, the 8R28 is a proven and technically impressive chronograph calibre. Power reserve 45 hours. Limited edition of 500 pieces.
Watch has Seiko's Comfotex treatment - Super Clear Coating for the crystals front and back for superb clarity and Diashield coating on the brushed finished bracelet for scratch resistance.
Slight ding just below the 100 market tachy bezel.
Watch was purchased in February 2014 and has been used in rotation since, and is in good condition. Comes in a special 50th anniversary pale red box with an original Seiko black leather strap with deployant clasp (new and unused).
