Sigh, how I miss the days when I was working on airplanes and when the Russian planes land, the pilots would approach us engineers and ask if we want to buy the watches they had on their wrist. That was in the early 90s.

Yeah. Side business. :) But the watches were of very poor quality. Most did not last a month. :(

Background on the screen is Tante Ju aka Junkers Ju52.

The box is badly damaged. Any idea where I can find a decent box alternative for the watch?

FYI: I've also placed an order for the Stowa Baumuster B dial Flieger, should be in Malaysia in November.
