Nice choice of single malts…r ur watches matched to the DNA of the whiskies' characteristics meaning the AP/Laphroaig is the most sophisticated?
No Macallan, Oban, Yamazaki, Highland Park, Aberfeldy, Jura or you'll be showing another 6 more very different DNA watches on these other bottles..:)
Love the AP most of all tho I prefer Yamazaki...

btw how is the Ardbeg, haven't tried this before.

hey buddy, no the malts are not associated with the watch characteristics... was just a random allocation...
ive got lots of other bottles of macallans, glenfarclas, lagavulin, talisker, bowmore, highland park, balvanie....etc

ardbeg is has a typically earthy and sweet smoky character....the ardbeg Uigeadail one of my faves and fantastic value....
 8)

i am personally more into the Islay smokey characteristics of stuff from Laphroaig, Lagavulin, Bowmore, Ardbeg...

My wrist is puny, around 6.4 inch only, thus the 39.5mm 14060M sits quite ok.

Yup, I wear all my watches on the right hand and I'm a right hander.

wow.. a Credor… now that's something we dun see very often….
care to share where you got it from, a ballpark figure of what it costs,
the calibre and what materials its made of…..
based on the complications it looks like a higher end version of the 6S37 which is the calibre for the Flightmaster and my Junghans Aerious…

lots of shots from various angles….esp the display back showing the movement would be appreciated….
what is the dial material? is it carbon fibre?

I've yet to graduate to Credor level…..now I know what to look for on my next trip to Tokyo....
was it bought at Wako or Mitsukoshi or care to share which GS Master Shop dealer

Jos, here is the 2nd pic that I took. This is the 6s77 movement (40 jewels) with power reserve meter. The other chrono version has 6s78 (34 jewels) w/o the power meter. In terms of dial design, looks like the Seiko Flightmaster, but this one with carbon fibre dial. Bracelet (as well as case in SS) is also of much higher quality. Open back display a plus to showcase quality of the calibre.

Got this from Japan. Let me share with you when we have a chance to meet. Will have to find time for other shots.

Hi, Euclidorus,

Welcome to mwf. From your handle (Euclid + Orus) I can only assume you are into mathematics and Egyptian mythology?

Lovely credor.
