God knows my agony while waiting for this to come in...
Nothing to be jelly about... you do have your sub ceramic which I believe is a more expensive watch...  ;D

Wanna Scrooge a bit and not go through RSC, thus the longer waiting time. another week or 2 and it should be back. 4 long months of wait
Not going thru RSC but have to wait 4 month? That's a third of a year!! Pretty long time to get a watch serviced bro...
How much approximately are the savings?

Slightly more than 50% savings. Bloody servicing cast was round $400 bucks last year and they increased it by 100%  :o

What?!? U mean servicing costs is now sgd800?!? Hefty s#it there!!
Currently still ok, choi sun yeh is pretty good to me, have to treat him to tea once in awhile...  ;D
But as all things life, there are ups and downs... Gotta be prepared and make sure this watch hobby is by disposable income only...
