I have planned my first purchase for 2011 ...
« on: February 08, 2011, 08:07:46 PM »
Of course this may change but it looks like coming down to either a Grand Seiko, GO PanoInverse XL or this one below (Ingeneur Laureus Sport LE-absolutely stunning!) to complement my Port 7-Day Laureus Sport LE ...  What about your plan?  ;D

116610LV...any suggestions if I should get it earlier (in case price goes up) or later (price goes down once the hype is over) ?

Peanut out of the choices you have i would go for the GO first and then if not the GS.

IMHO I'd go for the Portuguese also from IWC, preferably the chronograph model.

Dunno wether can achieve this year but planning on a Mechanical Alarm watch, a Minute Repeater and a Rolex with leather strap for my dad... since he say he liked it... I believe the model is Airking or something like that. Looks vintage with pin buckled leather strap with precision wordings on the dial. Maybe some Rolex sifus here can enlighten me and point me towards the right direction.
