i think it will need 25 years... if i'm not mistaken... hope the tritium not fall off from the hands/marker..

Some people like it and some don't. Also some watches with the tritium do not age as well or evenly. It all depends, like they say, beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder. Sad thing is, prices of some watches are artificially inflated because they have the patina. The love for these watches have cause some watch companies to have orange lume on their watches to have this aged effect. I know of people who have put their dials and even bezel insert in the oven or chemical bath to generate the effect and sell their watches at a higher price. Willing buyer willing seller I guess.

Yes. Ppl purposely aged the dial lume, the hands lume n even scrath the case n crystal buckle then find the vintage leather to make the strap...
