Ah! Finally a thread that calls out to me! :Dancing_banana:
I love bread. I could have it for all my meals for months without getting bored. Unfortunately, I have not found a single place that makes pasties or pastries, or even have decent grain breads. It is really quite sad. For many months, I have searched for a good sandwich, and nothing has impressed.
I have given up looking for good bread places in Klang Valley :(

As long as they use natural yeast...
No baking soda... :Laughing_on_floor:

There was a shop near the post office in Plaza Damas that made all kinds of artisanal breads. The baker made his own yeast too. I haven't been back there in ages but worth checking out.
You can also check out Yeast Bistronomy in Bangsar. It is along the same row as La Bodega. I understand they also use all natural ingredients.
Tesco near IKEA also makes affordable artisanal breads and rolls made from scratch. I have bought different grain breads from them. They even have rye and sunflower breads. Cheap too.
