Newbie - Oris TT1 Chronograph F1 Williams Team

Dear all,

I have bought this new Oris TT1 Chronograph F1 Team Williams recently. I managed to start this mechanical watch and it works. However, when i try to start the chronograph, the second hand dial does not move and it puzzles me.

It should be simple as explained in the manual where above pusher for start/stop and below pusher for reset.

Anyone can help me on this?? Thank you!!
