I can imagine how painful it is. Could they replace a new case for you?

I sent my Panerai to Richmond and it came back with 2 deep scratch. They replaced the case after I complained. Hope you have a happy ending.

Replace case means new service serial from Rolex that will never match my card... Which is a no no

I was given a new warranty card with the new serial number. back dated of course.

I never ask, and never been offered a new case with new card and new serial......

Richmond did not offer too but I refused to polish deep scratches on a 6 months old watch caused by their technician's carelessness

I read on TRF saying that replacement case carry different serial and they wont issue a new warranty card for it... Donno if its true tho
