Will you grab this one online?
-
For me,I don’t think I will grab this online. It’s just a gimmick of marketing to enchanced their sales. Quantity too many for a limited edition.
-
No, doesn't sing to me.
Regular CK2998/FOIS for the win!
-
How to order online?

If you have been following the development of the Moonwatch, then you would have noticed the steady increases in its pricing. Moreover, this is a Speedy Panda; and this variant tends to command a premium in the secondary market. When I marched to the boutique to put my name in the waiting list pursuant to Baselworld 2018, I saw quite a few Speedy lovers already in the list prior to me. I have no doubt that this would be another hot model in the secondary market in the near future.

For instance, take a look at this discontinued Speedy Panda Yemen. It's one of the piece that I have kept in my collection while the other Moonwatch pieces were flipped. A grey reseller in Malaysia still has NOS on this piece, but it now commands a premium at RM29k. So for the above CK2998 LE, I would opined that it could easily be a bankable collectible piece for future appreciation.

IMHO, I don't think Bodying is a good site to benchmark any watch prices. They are well known to 'sell' watches at ridiculously high prices. A quick check On chrono24 (by no means a good benchmark as well but I guess a little closer to reality) shows a very different pricing.

However this new ck2998 is a beauty and yes I've put my name down for one too! *high five*

Well, the Yemen was a long-discontinued piece so I supposed if Bodying has NOS pieces, then they would demand for a premium for it. The ones in the Chrono24 were pre-owned pieces. I am waiting for the CK2998 LE too and it would be nice to take both these Speedy Pandas' pictures together when the time comes
