Alamanda Shopping Mall, Putrajaya now has a Mont Blanc boutique shop that just opened. A lot of the watches under the brand are on display. In the following months, Tag Heuer as well as Rado will also be opening their boutiques in Alamanda.

not sure that will be the good move
since the IOI mall in putrajaya is opening this yr end !
when you have a much bigger mall jus a stone throw away!
your position is definitely shake, Alamanda shd seriously looking into repositioning...
as a community mall, bang on F&B

Honestly, I am also surprised that Mont Blanc, Tag Heur and Rado decided to locate their boutique shops in Alamanda. Traffic will definitely not be as heavy as the new IOI Putrajaya Mall. I think Suria (the mall managment company which happens to be the same for KLCC) must have given them a sweet deal to make the move. All the shops are located in the central lobby - a prime area.

Plus at IOI putrajaya got one 5 star hotel right next to it. It will be like Mid Valley with a Garden hotel next to it.
More challenging for Alamanda.
