question - need help to open safe

i bought a safe few years back from a local company, it is the old style turb knob type. i have nothing in the safe since day1, and now that i wanted to use it and i forgot on how to open it.

called the company but they have closed shop!

i am in penang, wondering anybody know who have such service to help clients to open their safe?

You got to look for the vendor of the Safe, no one can help you except them.

This is "twice to the right", "twice to the left" and "once to the right" combination tumbler safe? If you bought it and have not used it since, there should be the combination scribbled at the bottom left of the safe. Check it out.

the installer have changed the to my combination when deliver so i think that will not work

the safe come with a tool... a long key for u to slot in, then you can create your own new combination....
