reminds me of a story;

my school friend owns a nice boutique bike shop where he stocks nice upscale bikes. there are countless times these "sui yau" ("bad fellows" i am sure out members who are proficient in Cantonese would get the term   ;D) brings along a "cow" to be slaughtered to his bike shop.

the "sui yau" would point and pick all the stuff he wants and then the "cow" would magically without a sound churn out the moolah  :Laughing_on_floor:

Well, at least the guy got good taste.  Personally, if I were him, I would ask for a Patek and a Big Pilot.  At least if I were in jail, my kid can really own the Patek that is not truly owned by me!   :Laughing_on_floor:

I hate this kind of axxhole and corruptor.

Thankfully, I bought all my timepieces with my blood and sweat.

With 92k in hand, i think it might be more worth it to fork out another 10-20k for a Nautilus 5712/1A or 5980/1A since you're already willing to spend at this level

The person with 92k in hand had no choice but to pay up like a dude. Additional 10-20 k will change the scenario.
