as expected... many seiko fans here so leading the poll by far...

but i do hope u guys think and consider, vote bcoz of the brand performance in 2010 not the watch u bought or the brand u love....

Can you tell the Rolex guys next door the same message?  I think the most ground shaking things Rolex did last year were to increase the price twice!    

Seiko actually had a tumultuous year with the firing of its CEO and financial performance issues.  However, its Space Walk Commemorative edition won the Sport Watch of the Year at Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève 2010.  Beyond that, i am not sure what Seiko has achieved this year.

As stated earlier the intent is to simply let members vote their favourite brands for 2010, not to judge the horological achievements, technical prowess and merits of each watch brand.
That's beyond the scope of this survey. So let's just have fun and vote with for whichever brand that appeals to us the most regardless of the reason.

Chris, The key words here is "affordable" , to me a few hundred bucks watches is affordable
