That is a ruby above the 6 o'clock. Nothing much to it i think. Mainly for aesthetic purposes.

Kaka, Yes you can try out their website.
we also have a forum member in singapore that sells them, PM me if you want the email.
unfortunately I bought the very last one of this watch, Lum Tec makes only about 100-200 of each line.
