Title: si chuan food(??)

What do you guys think of si chuan food? Will it be too spicy or too oily for you?

i think i accept the spiciness but not too like it because it's too oily :p

being said that, i think i vote for "No" :p

Why all the sudden you have such survey? Just curios :p

can accept but not really like... i like spicy food... but not sze chuan type of spicy...

Now that you have mentioned...I have my si chuan (authentic) during my holidays in Beijing

I remembered one dish...fresh fish dipped in a big bowl of oil and mixture of hot spicy. Its soo hot that my mouth / lips and tongue went numb for one hour after finishing that course dinner.

well, so much for si chuan....

Too spicy to eat it often.
Once in a blue moon ok....but will be sh**ing red oil next day haha
