nice....I read an article abt Mazzuoli that his first batch of Contagiri that he outsourced to an OEM manufacture had some issues and the first batch of production was delayed by 2 yrs from his original launch date
This year he launched his latest prototype which looks like a clutch assembly and supposed to be commercially available 2013. Very cool looking watches..

Did you buy your Mazzuoli locally ? and if so, could you indicate the ballpark figure.
Thanks

GO target achieved for 2012 :

poor i-phone shots taken on my wrist this morning :

Thanks, Loo. Got it last weekend but no time to take a pic and post..

For 2012, based on the watches available and within my budget, I'm focused on only 3 manufactures: JLC, GO, GS one each from Switzerland, Germany & Japan.

The only other GO I may consider is the Senator Worldview with the Cal GUB 39-47
I'm very contented for now with whatever I've consolidated & then acquired to-date...now totalling only 12 pieces.

There are only 2 other watches that I harbour a wish for in 2012, not unless the manufactures I favour release something really special and also within my budget.

i bought my mazzuoli in the states. the manometro. cost me around $2500. sadly just sold it haha

this contagiri i just tried it on, no intention of buying coz it costs €10,000! haha scary figure. i dont think they sell any in KL though. ive seen few shops in paris which does.

im planning to get the Manometro S soon. hopefullyyyy

Nice big date complication. It is nice to see a big date without the bar between the numbers. Some say it is a mark of a true and quality movement and manufacturer not to have the bar between the numbers. Congrats.

thank you, dcpillai,
your Zenith with the same complications is lovely too with its guilloche dial.
Whilst I've always wanted a Zenith, the models I wanted seem to evade me…
was going to pull the trigger on a Zenith Red 36,000 vph 2 weekends ago but at 6 o'clock the hour/minute hands were off the markers…
even took the trouble to visit the AD at both KLCC & Pavilion but both of them were inaccurate at 6 o'clock…seems to be a manufacturing defect for that model.

Nice! Love the sheen of the watch, the moonphase & the big date! Congratulations and may you continue to wear it in good health  ;D
