Not qualified to write a review on this... so, just a gallery of pictures.
A big thanks to Hobbs for giving me a chance to own this
Hobbs aka Ivan mentioned that the watch is unpolished, so there are plenty of dings and swirls... adds character to a vintage watch like this.
The dial is aged... patina is not even... some are cracking... cannot see with the naked eye...
I only saw it when I took these makro shots.
As long as they don't fall out, I am ok with it... if it does fall out one day... then I will have to start searching for a replacement dial.
The thick bulging acrylic crystal.
A side note, when closing the deal with Ivan, we have never mentioned the serial.
Back in my head, I was hoping that it would be in the region of 900k so to date the production year back to my birth year...
These are according to sources on the net.
And as destiny would have it... when I got the watch, the 1st thing I look was the serial... tadaaa... 900k serial!!!
What more can I ask for?
Currently wearing on nato.
Found out that this watch came originally with an oyster bracelet ref 9315 and the endlinks 380b fliplock clasp with a tudor logo.
Found one, paid and waiting for it to come.
Soon....
