Nice photos. My only concern is putting the sub next to headphones. Wont it get magnetized?

Nice effort.
For me i would make the watch the star of the photo.
Also alot of the pics the dial seem very dark.

Yup, agree, seem like the theme is on the Headphone and not the Sub, If your intention is headphone shot, then those are the great photo. If yr intention is Sub shot, then perhaps you need to re-adjust the angle or shooting position, just my 15 cents..

Thanks guys

I'm thinking I need to get an SLR with a macro lens. I tried it and the sub was the star. Using my point and click I just could not get any clearer with the inbuilt macro.....zooming made it not very clear

learning as we go.....btw I been taking photos of the watch in multiple angles and someone here sifted through my album thinking...."what's up with all the watch shots"   :Laughing_on_floor:

What's wrong with your iPhone camera?

and that worn carpet looks familiar  :Jumping:

IMHO, b&w maybe better contrast or "feel" :) also, try to avoid the reflection on the sub will be even better

Keep them coming

You guys are so inspiring that i'm getting the missus to transport the SLR with the Macro lens here just so I can take pics of this watch in Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter for all of you mates  :Dancing_banana: :Dancing_banana:

I'm not a camera buff but the comments have moved me to at least take better pics of this Rollie Sub!

brolex: iphone still here but some of the pics posted in this forum are like "what the hell" and "how did he do that?!" so i'm just fiddling with what I got

Actually, quite difficult to snap watches because of the reflective glass ;)
:Praying:

Used polarising filters.
