Must excuse my ignorance. But there is no harm posting the list price on this forum. I believe this is a good forum to share information. I agree with Yen - that it is sensitive to post discount as this may conflict with each respective dealer/s price

My 2 cents worth.

Thanks for the input. But I think it's better to keep away mentioning the selling price for any shop in the forum to avoid any conflict (not within the members but with those grey deal or AD) or anything related to $ issue.

yes. list/retail price is not a secret..... meaning u go all ad also you will get the same price.... all round the world also same... so no need to hide....

but price in grey market/pawn shop/used is different... and that very depend of condition of watch... the way the shop price it.... source of the watch...
and the skill of bargaining/nego.... so better keep them via pm....

Agree it's not a secret. But our forum is not affiliated with any brand or shop and I think it's best to avoid naming the price (even retail) from a specific store. That's the reason why I have it censored.

As long as one mention "Retail price" then I'm sure you guy can find out the price somewhere. The rest I'm sure can be done via PM.

If you check out those well know forum, mentioning price is straight prohibited since the forum is not affiliated with any ship/brand. But then again, we have no intention to setup any rules (personally I hope not ;)) so, just hope we can set a clear line by not sharing any brand/shop name here with the price that they are selling in the open discussion then we should be good.

All I do is just to make sure we have a better place to share and keep this forum/community going  :Cheers:

In my opinion, Yes. It should be OK since list price is just a suggested retail selling price..

Just try not to advertise for a particular shop/AD. Eg: "Hglass selling SD for MYR10,000", etc...
In my opinion, as long as we didn't help any party outside this forum advertise/promoting any item/produce, we should be safe  ;)
