due to work

i had opportunity to travel

cambodia still booming.

land and landed property is priority
how ever foreigner cant buy anything on or below the land
unless you buy using proxy ( lawyer, friend, marry a young wife there, bank ) then long lease back from them

condo and service apartment are hot... but dont think its sustainable, its all investor market

small office will be good choice
not in the market yet, one or two coming up
the demand for small office is high, many new business setting up, foreigners from china, msia, spore, vietnam, thailand, taiwan, korea, japan, russia, etc going in...

An simple question but there is no one size fixes all in this!

I'm sure you can google the topic and all you need to know is out there.

One thing you must have is diversification in different asset classes.

So far for me, Revshare currently is the most stable and quick investment.
