Sinn AR Coating
« on: October 15, 2015, 04:28:34 PM »
Hi, I have a Sinn 656 and its a beater . But there's one problem about the glass , it's very prone to fingerprints and mine currently has many scratches . Went back to the seller and he told me to remove the AR coating on top for 100rm.

Question is, how can i determine if the scratches are on the coating and not the glass? will there be any difference after removing the coat ?

thx :)

Sinn AR coating on both side of sapphire glass is very impressive really reflecting light in most condition. Remember 1 time I wear Sinn in low light coffee shop my friend sit beside me is finger down to my watch glass, then I ask why? He said I thought ur watch is without glass. I believe the coating can be easily scratched off.
