There is a run almost every fortnight for the body to rest, else gotta run every weekend.
So which one are you joining?
I'll be running for Terry Fox, PBIM, SCMS, Malakoff, Newton, MPIB

Have not been running the past 6 months due to injury. Now just go for walk, light jogging, play table tennis and hiking/trekking once a month.

Am keen on the Terry Fox & IOI Community run, as I will not attempt >10K distance as yet. (Maybe next year)

WOW.. :o baru saja habis marathon, boleh lari lagi, geng

Bro siodee,

This is not marathon running.
You can even bring  small children to participate in Terry Fox Run as this Fun Run is for charity.
No need to be very competitive, but for charitable and health purpose.
I have taken part in one of TF Run as photog about 5 or 6 years ago. Was a former runner till my knee gave me problem some of the time.

I am in, if no need to run for the whole stretch, got to start back the treadmill at the gym  :Dancing_banana:

Bro siodee.... ur in? cool! the more the merrier! hehe
Will PM you my phone number. So now we got, me, siodee and ck....any other takers?
which route u guys think of running? im aiming for the 4.7km

After the TF Run, am thinking of the MPSJ 10K. Will not be able to join in the IOI Community Run as I will be outstation for almost 2 weeks at that time.

I was in Penang from 22-26 November, but did not participate in any of the Run there. Was officially on working trip + leisure in A. Star, Langkawi & Penang.
